Our favorite place. . .

So if someone had told me years ago that we would move to Las vegas and love being there I would have said they were crazy, but the truth is it is a great place to live and no you don't notice the Strip- yes, it is true. So besides Fort Collins, vegas is on my list for favorite places to live. .

We went to Las Vegas for Christmas and have been smiling all week because we got to do everything Vegas style and see friends whom we have really missed since we have been gone. Vegas is such an easy place to go visit, so to all you who want to come to Colorado you are always welcome, but we will probably be back to visit before you come this way. Rates were so cheap and the lights were gorgeous. We didn't spend much time on the strip, but it was sorta dead maybe because it was Christmas week or because of the big fat recession. Of course the Encore opened so that drew a crowd but it really wasn't that busy. We were glad to see our old stompin ground. Phil went back to Spradely Barr and saw his old buddies, but if we ever go back to Vegas he would probably work in Henderson because he doesn't speak Espanol. . . .that is a requirement now.
